Time: TBD / January 19th 2024We'll kick off the day by meeting at La Arca Studio where we will dive into post-processing, and the back end of running a photography business.
Afterwards we will head to Grouse Mountain for a snowshoe (or hike, depending on snow conditions) adventure in the alpine. This is a great opportunity to potentially push outside of your comfort zone!
The highlight will be a scenic photo hike for sunset and blue hour, searching for inspiration along the way. There will be challenges assigned to help get the creative juices flowing. We will be focusing on the use of different photo techniques like multiple exposures & slow shutter and how to make the most of the conditions we are presented. The focus will be on the little details as well as the bigger picture, how to connect the two and tell a story with your photography. This day will be landscape photography focused but there will be a model available to step in when necessary. After we depart the mountain we'll return to the studio to warm up with a hot beverage, marking the end of our experience.

“This workshop left me incredibly inspired! I gained a lot of insight behind capturing moments in both stillness and motion. Taylor and Olivia are masters of their craft and pushed everyone to photograph outside of their comfort zone.
The strength of the workshop lay in its thoughtful structure, blending theory and practical sessions. The Talaysay tour was profound and insightful and made me see the landscape in a way I would not have otherwise. I loved making new connections with passionate individuals bound by a shared love of photography and landscape.
Highly recommend this workshop!”
