Payment and Cancellation Policy
A $1,000 per person deposit is required to reserve your spot(s).
Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours after booking. Please notify us by email (info@taylorburk.com) if cancelling within this 72 hour period for a full refund.
Payment must be made in full within 60 days of the invoice date or no later than 30 days before the trip start date, whichever comes first.
If you must cancel your tour with 30 or more days notice of the workshop start date, a full refund minus the non-refundable $1,000 deposit is provided. However it is transferable, if you can find a replacement for your spot on the trip then you will receive a refund of your deposit. Let us know if this is the case as there may be someone available on a waitlist.

Participant Liability and Assumption of Risk: By enrolling in this photography workshop, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with photography activities and associated activities and hereby release Taylor Burk / Taylor Burk Photography Inc from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the workshop and should ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for their equipment and personal health. Participants are responsible for their own navigation and safety when traveling to photography locations. While general trail information may be shared, workshop leaders are not acting as guides. Participants acknowledge that accessing photography locations may involve uneven terrain, wildlife, and other inherent risks, which they accept at their own discretion.
Taylor Burk / Taylor Burk Photography Inc is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the workshop. Participants agree to comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Taylor Burk / Taylor Burk Photography Inc and other operators during the tour.
